Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU) là khoá học thực hành 2 ngày, là nơi dành cho học viên đã có hiểu biết cơ bản và kinh nghiệm trong việc sử dụng Scrum, qua lớp học bạn sẽ học về cách làm sao kết hợp Scrum vào việc thực hành UX (UX hơn cả UI), và làm thế nào để làm việc hiệu quả trong Scrum Team. Công việc thiết kế đôi khi có cảm giác chậm và không thích hợp với nhịp độ nhanh và Scrum Event, nhưng thật ra không phải vậy, mà bạn sẽ học được những kỹ thuật UX phù hợp để làm việc với Scrum, và thực hành những kỹ thuật đó với Cross-functional team trong lớp học.
Kỳ thi đánh giá và chứng chỉ PSU
Tất cả những học viên hoàn thành khoá học Professional Scrum with User Experience sẽ nhận được password để tham dự kỳ thi đánh giá Professional Scrum with User Experience I (PSU I). Những ai tham gia khoá học PSU, nếu đã tham dự thi trong vòng 14 ngày và điểm chưa đạt được ít nhất 85%, bạn sẽ được cấp thêm một lần dự thi thứ hai mà không phải đóng thêm bất cứ khoản chi phí nào.
Ai nên tham dự khoá học
Professional Scrum with User Experience là một khoá huấn luyện tuyệt vời cho những ai làm việc trong Product Team (kỹ sư, quản lý sản phẩm,..): team kỹ thuật sẽ làm việc tốt hơn khi họ hợp tác với nhau thông qua kỷ luật và chuyên môn. Nhưng với những thứ tự ưu tiên, loại công việc và những nhịp công việc cụ thể khác nhau của từng kỹ luật sẽ tạo ra trạng thái bất hợp tác trong team và trong nội tại của tổ chức. Học cách sử dụng Scrum Framework và những kỹ thuật trong UX để có được sự thống nhất trong team, tập trung vào giá trị và nuôi dưỡng sự cộng tác.
Mục đích khoá học
Qua hai ngày học, học viên sẽ được học về những kỹ thuật UX ứng dụng hiệu quả nhất với Scrum Teams. Thêm vào đó, bạn sẽ học về những công cụ thực tiễn và những bài thực hành để làm việc tốt nhất với khách hàng và những phản hồi của họ nhằm mang đến giá trị cao hơn trong mắt khách hàng với Scrum Teams mà không thay đổi Scrum. Học viên sẽ rời lớp học với hiểu biết làm sao để dung hoà công việc UX và những yếu tố cần thiết của Scrum như: Definition of Done, sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên trong Backlog và deliver những Done Increments vào mỗi Sprint. Bạn sẽ học cách xử lý những công việc thiết kế có thể bị kéo dài hơn một Sprint, liên tục deliver giá trị trong mỗi Sprint sử dụng Scrum.

A Transformative Introduction to Systems Thinking
This was my first time learning about Systems Thinking from ScrumViet, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully the course was designed. A great course about system thinking
A great experience where I can look back the whole view of my current knowledge about system thinking and get the new one. We had a change to discuss a lot about new viewpoint of each trainee during class. I have gained a lot of different perspective and divert thinking and how to handle with system thinking during organization transformation.

I would strongly recommend Agile Product Operating Model class for learners who want to deepen their understanding of systems thinking, organizational development, and Agile operating models. The course lasted just two days but contained many meaningful activities and knowledge. Each member of the class gave great insights, and together it was a great experience. The course was mainly around the 33 Liberating Structures, some of which we have been doing, but might not be as effective as it should be. Nội dung khóa học rất đúng trọng tâm, bao gồm cả lý thuyết và thực hành. Mặc dù chỉ học online do dịch bệnh, nhưng giảng viên tạo điều kiện và trang bị công cụ trực tuyến để học viên có thể hợp tác với nhau cùng giải quyết tình huống như ở môi trường doanh nghiệp.

I have finished and earned for myself the SFC-I and SFC-II certificates at Scrumviet. Even I don't intend to become a Professional Coach in the future, the knowledge from these two courses is superbly meaningful and helpful for my current path as an Agile practitioner. Solution Focus Coaching I & II
I came to Scrumviet by accident as a fate. Start with the APS course, followed by Solution Coaching I & II. I never thought I could help others with Coaching. Really, this course has given me great experiences. This course doesn't teach you how to give advice to others, it teaches you how to help others find their own answers. The value of this is for the Coachee, not for the Coach, and the Coach's role is to accompany the Coachee to go together to reach the ultimate goal that the Coachee wants. Phòng ốc và chất lượng các món ăn uống cũng rất tốt và hấp dẫn. Sau khoá học còn được tham gia các Slack channels đề chia sẻ và trao dồi thêm kiến thức, kỹ năng từ các anh chị cùng khoá cũng như các anh chị khoá trước nên mình rất là hài lòng
Mình đăng ký học với 1 ít hoài nghi, nhg học rồi mới thấy rất xứng đáng. Dù ko tập trung vào luyện đề, nhưng khóa học giúp bạn hiểu rõ bản chất, và kiến thức nền tảng về Scrum, nên thi mình1 lần là có bằng PSM I luôn rồi. Trainer thì rất nhiệt huyết nên sẽ trả lời hết băn khoăn, thắc mắc (ko hỏi, thì bị chặn đường nhắc nhở nữa ). After service cũng rất tốt, 800 câu hỏi đều dc giải đáp asap
