A Transformative Introduction to Systems Thinking
This was my first time learning about Systems Thinking from ScrumViet, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully the course was designed. A great course about system thinking
A great experience where I can look back the whole view of my current knowledge about system thinking and get the new one. We had a change to discuss a lot about new viewpoint of each trainee during class. I have gained a lot of different perspective and divert thinking and how to handle with system thinking during organization transformation.

I would strongly recommend Agile Product Operating Model class for learners who want to deepen their understanding of systems thinking, organizational development, and Agile operating models. The class appears to create not only intellectual insight, but also genuine excitement about learning, sharing, and seeing others grow in real time. I really enjoyed this class. What stood out most was how the trainer made complex ideas feel practical and alive, especially the reminder that systems are complex, not simple. That point resonated strongly with me and helped me reflect more realistically on change and organizational development. I also appreciated the learning environment. People felt comfortable sharing openly, learning from each other, and speaking without fear of being judged. That made the session feel genuinely engaging and safe. Excellent training class overall. The content of the training are very informative and helpful variously covering to give us insights and practices for solution focused coaching. The training equips us all the things we need to start with the coaching. The other is just on us: practice!! Khoa is an great trainer with wide knowledge and master of coaching skills. I learnt a lot of things apart from the knowledge scope of SFC training. It's really worthy to have the training here.

The course lasted just two days but contained many meaningful activities and knowledge. Each member of the class gave great insights, and together it was a great experience. The course was mainly around the 33 Liberating Structures, some of which we have been doing, but might not be as effective as it should be. We learned to correct them, to use them, to experiment with them, and to play along with them. The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course from Scrum.org via Scrumviet, under the guidance of trainer Khoa Doan, really made me change the way I approach work as a Scrum Master. I had really great experience with knowledges , skills... eg. active listening, coaching position and methods to walk with coaches that are discovered by the training. I applied on my daily works with my team members on coaching their career path development, stucking points that they need to have a solution or at least to see the true values for themself.

Chất lượng giảng dạy rất tốt, trainer Khoa Đoàn rất nhiệt tình. Sau khi tham gia khóa học PSPO ở Scrumviet, mình đã thi đậu chứng chỉ PSPO I ngay ở lần thi đầu tiên. Nội dung khóa học rất đúng trọng tâm, bao gồm cả lý thuyết và thực hành. Mặc dù chỉ học online do dịch bệnh, nhưng giảng viên tạo điều kiện và trang bị công cụ trực tuyến để học viên có thể hợp tác với nhau cùng giải quyết tình huống như ở môi trường doanh nghiệp.

Khoá học chất lượng ạ, khoá mình học chỉ 2 người với Thầy nên khi học sẽ tương tác rất nhiều, được trao đổi về kinh nghiệm thực tế. The knowledge from these two courses is superbly meaningful and helpful
I have finished and earned for myself the SFC-I and SFC-II certificates at Scrumviet. Even I don't intend to become a Professional Coach in the future, the knowledge from these two courses is superbly meaningful and helpful for my current path as an Agile practitioner. SCF-I and SCF-II - greatest coaching courses/knowledge I have ever learned
I have learned so much knowledge and great skill from 2 course SCF-I and SCF-II organized by Scrumviet.org. This provided me a very good foundation of coaching framework associated with many other helpful skills and tools for my coaching journey. And the trainer's way is also very awesome. It is a combination of theory and practice in perfect way which help trainee learn and remember with ease.
Solution Focus Coaching I & II
I came to Scrumviet by accident as a fate. Start with the APS course, followed by Solution Coaching I & II. I never thought I could help others with Coaching. Really, this course has given me great experiences. This course doesn't teach you how to give advice to others, it teaches you how to help others find their own answers. The value of this is for the Coachee, not for the Coach, and the Coach's role is to accompany the Coachee to go together to reach the ultimate goal that the Coachee wants. Finally, I wish all of you who are on the path to learn and conquer the value of Coaching will be successful with your choice and spread that value to everyone around.
Great course and experiences that evoke my awareness
As a lecture who have taught in a University for 10 years, I wish I had joined the course Solution Focus Coaching earlier. With the great experience, knowledge and empathy, Khoa can explain almost all concerns and questions of the learners from different backgrounds and industries. This is the first time I have attended a 3-session coaching course and wonders how effective it would be. Would it be different from any single coaching course I had before? And the answer is Yes, it was effective and very helpful for me to solve my troubles in present. Sau khoá học còn được tham gia các Slack channels đề chia sẻ và trao dồi thêm kiến thức, kỹ năng từ các anh chị cùng khoá cũng như các anh chị khoá trước nên mình rất là hài lòng
Mình đăng ký học với 1 ít hoài nghi, nhg học rồi mới thấy rất xứng đáng. Dù ko tập trung vào luyện đề, nhưng khóa học giúp bạn hiểu rõ bản chất, và kiến thức nền tảng về Scrum, nên thi mình1 lần là có bằng PSM I luôn rồi. Trainer thì rất nhiệt huyết nên sẽ trả lời hết băn khoăn, thắc mắc (ko hỏi, thì bị chặn đường nhắc nhở nữa ). After service cũng rất tốt, 800 câu hỏi đều dc giải đáp asap
