How do we know a high-priority Product Backlog Item (PBI) is ready? Most of the issues the team needs to deal with in planning stem from product backlog items lacking enough detail, so the team lacks information to forecast what will be developed in the next sprint.
Therefore, a product backlog item labeled “READY” is created to help the Scrum team pull PBIs into the sprint and quickly turn them into a product increment. (view image below)
How to define and apply?

Same with Definition of Done; Definition of Ready should not be changed, but it will be expanded and developed over time as the team will mature every day and know what it should do better with PBIs.
DoR also needs to share with Scrum team to make sure it is understood by everyone.
