Ông Khoa Đoàn là người sáng lập ra Scrumviet, với kinh nghiệm nhiều năm làm việc trong ngành phát triển phần mềm, quản lý, giảng dạy, tư vấn và khai vấn. Là người được chứng nhận là PST (Professional Scrum Trainer) từ Scrum.org đầu tiên ở Việt Nam. Ông là tác giả của quyển sách Thay Đổi Từ Tâm và là Leader của Liberating Structure ở Việt Nam.
Ông có hơn 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khai vấn (Coaching), được công nhận là Professional Certified Coach (PCC level) bởi International Coaching Federation. Ông còn là nhà tư vấn được chứng nhận bởi Leadership Circle để quản lý đánh giá Leadership Circle Profile™ và Collective Leadership Assessment™, và là người host, tổ chức chính của chuỗi sự kiện thường niên Scrum Day Vietnam.
